The question is do we really deserve democracy? When we are even afraid to ask questions of those who we've elected, when we've become so immune to the horrors happening in different parts of the country in the name of religion, caste and ethnicity, when we're happy being mere spectators, I'm afraid the future is very worrisome. Mr. Sibal, I am a student of Law, I really follow your oral arguments, specially in Article 370, although I don't support your ideology or argument, but I have to say you have an appreciable skill of argument The question which you has made, being a citizen of this country I want to answer, the answer is as follows First thing, constitution doesn't fail in 2024, it's the supreme Law of the land, and we are still govern by it But its fails in 1971 not in 2024 Second, Law is an instrument to govern or control the external behaviour of human beings And Constitution is to govern the external and internal behaviour of the fundamental institutions of the state If institutions or organs of the state fails then is the fault of the Law, because law is made for governance, because it's doesn't achieve it's goal i.e. governance The reason behind this answer is the law must observe it's functions and the behaviour of it's subject Effective and successful laws are never made its always found and made in juncture Lastly, its the only option we have i.e. evaluate the law If today a law fails us then after such chaos we have to evaluate the law considering the reasons for such failure and precautions thereof Conclusively, Constitution doesn't fail today, but it failed in past, and the reason for such failure as per my analysis, was not having pure supremacy of Law on that time. Sir Root cause of all problem is that Voting rights to select Government has been snatched away from common man by manipulation in EVMs. At this moment Govt knows that no matter what people cant vote them out of power in Lok Sabha and key states. BJP would let few elections to be won by opposition so that opposition can have the lollipop. Judiciary gets the strength only through people, through free and fair election. Root cause is VVPAT which is like a calculator, which can calculate and cast extra votes in the favor of any party and even print VVPAT slips. This is happening across all elections, and the win percentage can be decided at the drawing board in any AC room rather than electoral constituencies. I will tell you who has failed us - Opposition Party Congress. Sir Root cause of all problem is that Voting rights to select Government has been snatched away from common man by manipulation in EVMs. At this moment Govt knows that no matter what people cant vote them out of power in Lok Sabha and key states. BJP would let few elections to be won by opposition so that opposition can have the lollipop. Judiciary gets the strength only through people, through free and fair election. Root cause is VVPAT which is like a calculator, which can calculate and cast extra votes in the favor of any party and even print VVPAT slips. So even though VVPAT is counted against votes casted, they will always match, and no one can catch it. This is happening across all elections, and the win percentage can be decided at the drawing board in any AC room rather than electoral constituencies. I will tell you who has failed us - Opposition Party Congress. At this moment Congress needs to fight EVM fight on two fonts - First one in Supreme Court by roping in lawyers like you Kapil Sibal and Prashant Bhushan , at the same time Rahul Gandhi should be on street for fight against EVMs. He is just wasting his energy and time in some other stuffs. There has to be pressure applied on both ends. People of India would rally in fight against EVMs.

1. Government failure to make people of India read and understand the Constitution of the country as a subject.
2. Political interpretation very very vigorously with the government organization and institutions secretly and openly.with the greed for power and wealth
